Around 2,200 sqm of office and hall space in the Chinese Competence Centre (CCC) in Dusseldorf (Germany) will be let to a new tenant - a Chinese rail equipment supplier - with effect from 1 November 2015. The deal was brokered by the property provider Aengevelt.
The Chinese company that specialises in the development, production and sales of interior fittings for high speed trains, for example Germany’s ICE trains, is switching its domicile from Krefeld to the Dusseldorf area.
Hongyuan Yu, head of the CCC, explained that the rail equipment supplier’s need for more room and its merger of two separate locations in the Dusseldorf region had been the deciding factors for leasing space in his facility.
His team has already found suitable trade, service, office and storage sites throughout Germany for Chinese enterprises. They include Huawei (Dusseldorf), Bank of China (Berlin), China Telecom (Frankfurt), Haier Deutschland (Frankfurt), Hainan Airlines (Berlin) and Wisco Europe (Dusseldorf).
